Return, Refund, and Cancellation
- You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without giving any reason for doing so. Once order status changes to Processed, no cancellation request will be entertained.
- To request cancellation, please email us at info@silverbin.com within 24 hours of placing the order and has to return within 7 days of the product you received.
- All refunds for returned items will be processed in the form of store credits only. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier.
- Final Sale: Custom-made orders, altered items, stitched clothing, plus-size items , special delivery orders, men's wear, kid's wear, Sarees stitched with Custom Blouse or petticoat, Lehenga Cholis if the blouse/choli or lehenga has been custom stitched, accessories, Jewelry, God/Goddess Idol/Murti, Ethnic ware, any customize or stitching product is a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
