Ready to Wear Size Blouse:

  • For ready-to-wear blouses, simply measure your garment's bust size and select the corresponding option from the product page. If the neckline in the image is clearly visible, we will stitch it to match that style.
  • If no specific neckline is showcased, our default and popular round neck design will be used for stitching.

Made to Measure Blouse:

  • Our Made-to-Measure (UDesign) option offers a fully customized tailoring service. This allows you to personalize the blouse fit, style, and add embellishments to suit your preferences and body type.
  • You can provide your measurements while placing your order or at a later time via your account. Please ensure you are logged in to access this service and enjoy a bespoke blouse designed just for you.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation 

  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without giving any reason for doing so. Once order status changes to Processed, no cancellation request will be entertained.  
  • To request cancellation, please email us at info@silverbin.com within 24 hours of placing the order and has to return within 7 days of the product you received. 
  • All refunds for returned items will be processed in the form of store credits only. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier.
